Who we are
Unbroken Ministries is a Christ-centered church devoted to serving the Body of Christ through healing, deliverance, and discipleship. Based in Northcliff, the ministry is led by Pastors Gert and Elsa van der Merwe, who carry a deep calling to see lives restored and believers established in their walk with God.
Over the years, we have had the privilege of ministering to hundreds of individuals through dedicated, pre-booked sessions. In these spaces, we trust the Holy Spirit to bring healing to the broken-hearted, freedom to those in bondage, and restoration to those seeking a renewed relationship with the Father through the redemptive power of Jesus Christ.
Our Heart
At the core of Unbroken Ministries is a passion to see people made whole—spirit, soul, and body. We believe that true transformation comes through an encounter with Jesus Christ, grounded in truth, led by the Holy Spirit, and anchored in God’s love.
Our ministry is not only about receiving healing, but also about equipping believers to walk in freedom and maturity, so that they, in turn, can minister to others.
What We Do
Healing & Deliverance Ministry
We offer scheduled ministry sessions focused on prayer, inner healing, and deliverance. These sessions create a safe, Spirit-led environment where individuals can experience freedom, breakthrough, and restoration.
Conferences & Equipping Gatherings
We host conferences throughout the year to equip the broader Body of Christ. These include:
BE-HEALED Conference
Focused on healing and deliverance through the power of forgiveness and the finished work of the cross.
BE-CONNECTED Marriage Conference
Designed to restore and strengthen marriages according to God’s original design and purpose.
BE-EQUIPPED Financial Conference
Teaching biblical principles for stewardship, freedom, and alignment in the area of finances.
Through these gatherings, we share the principles and revelations the Lord has entrusted to us—empowering believers to grow, overcome, and walk in their God-given identity.
Our Mission
Building a highway for the returning people of the Lord (Isaiah 62).
We believe that every believer is called to be discipled, equipped, and established in their unique calling and anointing. Our mission is to prepare and restore hearts, removing obstacles that hinder intimacy with God, and helping people walk in the fullness of the gospel of peace.
